Q1: Can we allow unrestricted enrollment for certain plans within a program?

Q2: Is it possible to use self service benefits enrollment for both these unrestricted plans not in program and the program using the life event?

Q3: How should the BEN_SS_BNFT_ENRT function be set up so that evaluates OAB life events for the Health and Welfare program and Unrestricted Life Event for the Life Unrestricted plan?
