No Notification is sent to the Approver after Batch Completion even though AME and ERES setup is done. (Doc ID 1379207.1)

After setting up AME, Workflow and setting up E-Signature process for Batches, it is found that no Notification is sent to the Approver, although, the Approver can come to the person who is waiting for approval and proceed with approval process.

The following error occurs on the Batch Details screen:


"Processing record 1 of 1.
Navigate to the HTML Applications to approve the request. Once
you have finished the approval process, press OK to proceed
with the transaction. "

" Error >
The e-signature process has been terminated. You must complete
the e-signature process before proceeding with the transaction. "


1. Setup AME and ERES.
2. Complete a Batch.
