(Doc ID 1379248.1)
Last updated on APRIL 04, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Configurator - Version 12.0.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.31.3 version, Configurator Engine
Intermittently, when attempting to launch the Configurator Runtime, the following error occurs. The published User Interfaces are being accessed by a custom web application. The problem occurs most often when there are higher numbers of concurrent users on the system. When this is the case, the problem occurs several times a day. If the number of concurrent users is low then the issue may not occur at all. A high number of concurrent users is around 40. When the error occurs, the user loses connection and whatever work they had in process until they can log back in. Issue has been happening for several months, but has gotten more prominent as additional users are testing prior to go-live.
