When running Create Accounting for Latin America (AR and AP) the Subledger Report Errors for Event Class = Collection Occurrence Documents

This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted. Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Receivables have been accounted

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager for Latin America
Navigation: Submit requests -> Create Accounting for Latin American AR and AP
