When a notification is reassigned through a Routing Rule the following problem is occurring:

If Mailer is running with several outbound threads, the same email may be sent twice, to the forwardee first, then to the original recipient.


Create a vacation rule to automatically forward all notifications from User A to User B.
When a notification is sent to User A, 2 messages are enqueued onto
wf_deferred: --> to forwardee User B --> to original recipient User A
