Symptoms
Various multi-org product group reports are failing to retrieve data in R12 that previously worked in 11i. MOAC (Multiple Organization Access Control) does not work with custom and some standard product reports, no data is returned.
Changes
The way MOAC controls access to org related data has changed in Release 12.
