Symptoms

When try to add a responsibility to a power user:

Error Occurs

Oracle Error-1422: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns mroe than requested numbers of rows.
ORA-20002: [WF_INVAL_USER_ROLE] has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT
