PROBLEM
-------------
Existing Resource Unavailability is collected - however any newly defined Resource Unavailability is not collected and subsequently reflected in planning instance resource capacity.

STEPS
--------

1) Navigate to OPM Process Planning>Capacity Planning>Setup>Resource Unavailability.

2) Run the ASCP Standard Collection, complete refresh

3) Check the Collections and Planner Workbench and the new resource unavailability is not see as added in 1)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Newly added resource unavailability should be seen in the ASCP collection and Planner Workbench

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------

Cannot use this method to establish resource unavailability and have this reflected in the ASCP collections and taken into account in the results of ASCP planning
