Catalog Bulk Load - Items Upload Terminates In Error But We Can'T See Why (Doc ID 1381446.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Loading external catalog

When attempting to bulkload lines to agreement, the bulkloader terminates and no lines have been created on agreement, also no error is displayed

Expect to see the Bulkloader finishes succesfully and the cause of the failure to be displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Select Responsibility: iProcurement Catalog Administration
3. Click Agreements tab.
4. Click Upload subtab.
5. Click the Upload button.
