Absence Deletion Notification Has Same Subject As New Absence Request

When an employee deletes an approved absence in SSHR, the notification that goes to the supervisor has the same subject as a new absence request.

It is expected the subject line of the notification clearly states the deleted status of the absence and not indicate this a new absence request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Nav Path: Absence Management > delete an approved absence
3. Manager Self-Service - An approval notification is received by the employee's supervisor.
The subject is "Leave of Absence for <employee name>"
The only indication to the supervisor that this is a deletion request is the word "Removed" in the middle of the body of the notification.
