BOM: Delete Groups For Routings Renders "A Component references this routing" error (Doc ID 1382493.1)

What is the meaning of BOM_RTG_CON5_ERROR " A component references this routing" error ?

Steps:
Bill of Materials
1) You are trying to delete a routing
2) You go to Delete Groups menu option, hit the button that says Delete Group and it launches the request called Delete Item Information.
3) The concurrent program completes normal, but when you requery the Request Group and look at the results tab, you see the result of Error.
4) When you click the Error button you get the message "A component references this routing."
If you click on View Constraint button you see BOM_RTG_CON5
