Business requirement is such that, when a quote line item has an attribute values as Yes (Inventory item DFF), then it must go on hold as soon as the order is submitted through iStore. Rest of other quote lines should go unaffected.

Is there a configuration that can be used that will allow the order line on hold automatically, as soon as a quote was submitted to an order through iStore?

If not possible through a configuration, what is the best place to put a call to OM order hold API so that the hold gets applied before the fulfillment workflow picks up the line?
