FAQ: Web Procurement - Disabling Customization Checklist (Doc ID 1383536.1)

Oracle iSupplier Portal - Version 11.5.10 and later
Oracle Sourcing - Version 11.5.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

This document is targeting Web Procurement  (iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Sourcing ) in order to check if any customization / personalization exists identified in gathered data and logs.
Before logging new Service Request /Bug, please confirm your instance has customization disabled in all affected areas.

Oracle cannot support customizations causing problems/issues. Service Request / Bug needs to be reported for non-customization issue.

This Document should cover most of Customization/Personalization/Extension done according to Customization guideline with namings.

    Executing printDocument did not return the page content output.

Solution
 e) FND log / Log on screen
  f) For Trace, and any other logs  (* OPTIONAL:  if ORA- or APP- error seen or data related issue)
 g) Custom Setup issue  - Custom responsibility / Menu / Function / style sheet
