As a Field Service Engineer using Mobile Field Service on a Pocket PC device tries to get signoff on the Task by signing and putting a name, the following error message is generated when trying to save:
SQL Exec Direct : Native 4304 message = [POL-4304] can not insert a NULL value into a NOT NULL column
1. Login to Mobile Field Service (MFS) PocketPC (PPC)
2. Select a Task and click on Debrief.
3. Select the Customer Signature screen and sign the same and enter the name.
4. Click OK button to save.
=> Error message appears.
