Incorrectly Able To Change Lot Control On Some Items

Symptoms
Problem
When attempting to change the lot control field for some items with existing lot numbers, the system allows it and you can update it.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open Item Master Form for an item which has on-hand quantity in a lot.
- Go to Inventory Tab
- Try to change Lot Control Field > No error is shown.
