User Name Changes Cause Loss Of CRM Roles

On 12.1.3, when a username is modified from the system administrator responsibility, the corresponding user loses all Installed Base and other CRM roles and so cannot access installed base and similar anymore.

It is expected that username changes will be synchronized to the prinicipal_name column of JTF_AUTH_PRINCIPALS_B so that the roles to remain accessible to the user.
