Symptoms

Cannot search for any products to add to Quotes in HTML Quoting. An error is returned :

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.

Java Stack Error


The java error stack contains the following :

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility: Sales User
  2. Navigation: Sales Dashboard > Quote > Create Quote
  3. Enter required Info & Click on Apply
  4. New Quote is Created
  5. Click on Add Product
  6. Search for product  A%
  7. Error returned
