MFS Laptop Error: 'MS-9025 Server error has occurred.' During Installation (Doc ID 1383992.1)

When attempting to (fresh) install Mobile Field Service (MFS) Laptop, the following error occurs.

MS-9025 Server error has occurred. Ask administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will when trying to install MFS Laptop and synch for the first time

The debuglog (created as per settings in e.g. <Note 1282974.1> post-install step 17) from the synchronization shows the following:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: view "MOBILEADMIN.CTM$CSF_M_ITEM_INSTANCES" has errors
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkeIsExprReferenced1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

This indicates there are invalid objects related to MFS in the MOBILEADMIN schema. The one listed here is just an example, there could be others.
