"Internal Server Error" During 'Sla Journal Entry Lines Inquiry ' (Doc ID 1384130.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, Subledger Accounting

When attempting to perform a SLA Journal Entry Lines Inquiry,
the following error occurs.

Internal Server Error: ...............Contact System Administrator....

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility -->Cost Management - SLA > SLA Inquiry > Journal Entry Lines >
2. Select Ledger  > Balancing Segment -(Type) --> pick one > Natural Account Segment -(Type) -->pick one
3. GL Date > Pick-a date > GO(Button).
