Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data (FNDCPPUR) Program Was Terminated by Signal 11 (Doc ID 1384323.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


On Oracle applications 12.1.3,
only when attempting to run concurrent request "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" with 'Count' mode, it completes with the following error:

Program was terminated by signal 11

Note: The FNDCPPUR request can be completed Normal in 'Age' mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator -> Requests -> Run.
2. Submit the concurrent request "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" specifying with 'Count' mode using the following parameter:

Mode Value=5000
Report =Yes
Purge other =Yes

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot purge the data in count mode.


After upgrading Applications from to 12.1.3.
