1) Only a few customers send goods back and user does not want to create an RMA.
How can Customer Acceptance feature be setup for only a few customers?

2) Customers sometimes do not send all goods back, but only send back a partial quantity.  Currently when using the Customer Acceptance feature, only the full quantity can be either received or rejected.
Is it possible to only receive or reject a percentage or partial portion of the quantity?
