On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

When attempting to process Sales Order Shipment transaction an error occurs and a record is written to CSI_TXN_ERRORS table but there error text is NULL

Transaction debug file shows entries like:

Inside API :csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance
Converting the instance into a customer product....!

The CSI Log file contains entry like this at the end of the file:
