Created an Account Derivation Rule using seeded source 'Ship To Customer Site Use Global Attribute 1' (SHIP_USES_GLOBAL_ATTR1) to populate segment 3 for invoice revenue account.

Segment 3 is business unit and does not have a flexfield qualifiers defined.

Created value set HV_AR_SHIP_TO_BU

Created mapping set H&V_BU_SHIP which references valueset HV_AR_SHIP_TO_BU.
using DFF = Site Use Information which is linked to value set

Created customer and went to ship to site then business purposes tab and set Business Unit = IS

Ran create accounting and even though it does not fail it is not generating the correct value for business unit segment.

Tested the issue without using mapping sets which reference a valueset but source is still not working. Therefore, it appears the issue is with the source and not the use of mapping sets with valuesets.

Created unpublished  bug:13063051 and development indicated to use the Custom Sources functionality in SLA. The functionality allows user to create sources that are not provided by Oracle.

The custom source feature will allow the creation of correct SLA accounting.
