How to default to Customer By 'Account' instead of Customer By 'Organization' in the Search form? (Doc ID 1384546.1)

When in the Collections Agent User Interface,  click on Find (Flashlight). Customer Search window opens and Customer By defaults to 'Organization'.   How can you default to Customer By 'Account' instead of Customer By 'Organization'?
