Supply Chain Cost Rollup Error ORA-01476 divisor is equal to zero (Doc ID 1384555.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the "Supply Chain Cost Rollup - Print Report" or the "Temporary Supply Chain Cost Rollup - Print Report" or the "Supply Chain Indented Bills of Material Cost Report" for certain items, the program ends in error.


When running the "Supply Chain Cost Rollup - No Report" for the same item, it completes successfully.   The the issue occurs for some items.

MSG-00000: CSTPSCEX.explode_sc_cost_flags():40:ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Cost management
2. Navigation: Reports --> Cost --> Item
3. Select Supply Chain Indented Bills of Material Cost Report and run it for a specific item
4. Request ends in error
