HTTP 400 Bad Request When Adding Contact On Credit Application, Why? (Doc ID 1384598.1)

Goal

In the credit application, after entering Contact information and try to save the contact info, get error, HTTP 400 BAD REQUEST

1. Create a credit application
2. In the Applicant section, click on the Create button by the Contact Name
field.
This brings up another window. Try to do anything from this window, either
Apply a change or Cancel and you get the error
