HR Self Service Creating Multiple Payment methods

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Payroll Self Service, find that when a SS payment method is changed, it created a payment method in PUI with 100.00 Percent.
SO Multiple payment method's exist, all at 100.00 percent.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change a payment method for an employee via Self service
2. After change go to PUI and see 2 payment methods both with 100%
- Direct deposit type: Nacha Priority: 1 percentage: 100.00
- Check type: Check Priority: 2 percentage: 100.00
Due to this issue, PUI is not showing the correct percentages and it is hard to know what the correct percentage is.
