Claims Are Not Appearing In Mass Approvals When Logged In As Approver.

Why doesn't the Approver see the claims in the Mass Approval for Claims?
1. Create a manual claim (Channel Revenue Management > Claim > Create)
2. Submit for approval
3. Approval router to 'User A'. Can see 'User A' as the pending for approval. Claim is in Pending Approval
4. Login as User A
5. Navigate to Channel Revenue Management > Claim > Mass Approval
6. Issue: Do not see the claim routed to this user (notification is sent to the User and can be seen)
