Symptoms
Shipment transaction is not interfaced to IB. The following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error in CSI_INV_TXNSTUB_PUB.EXECUTE_TRX_DPL,ith error ORA-06508:PL/SQL:could not find program unit being called.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Ship a material from Order Management
- Check in Installed Base for the Sale Order there is no instance updated
- Check error transaction in IB Administrator >Transaction Error Processing will see the error transaction
