'Notifying the Following People' LOV Showing Duplicate Employees When Running 'Active Users' Report (Doc ID 1385242.1)

Symptoms

When running the "Active Users" report from System Administrator, the 'Notifying the following people' list of values (LOV) is showing duplicate employees:

-System Administrator, N: Control : Request : Run
-Select "Active Users" report from the list of values
-Click to open 'Notifying the following people' list of values. Duplicate records are displayed.
