When set the Parent Territory to number of Winners = 1 , in a Sales Territory hierarchy , it is returning more than 1 winner , and it is assigning too many resources.
The resources that are being assigned are correctly qualified for the transaction, but it is not recognizing that the number of Winners is set to 1.
> Login to the application
> Navigate > Territory Management > Territories.
> Create a Parent Territory 'A' for Sales usage .
> Enter number of winners = 1 .
> Enter the qualifiers , resources and other details.
> Now create, Child/Sub-Territory 'B' under the parent territory 'A', with number of winners = null, as it will be inherited from the Parent 'A'.
> Under the child territory 'B' , create a child territory 'C' to add anew level to the hierarchy , and continue the same action, to create several levels.
> Test the Territory assignment, it returns more than One territory winner.
