iStore Error: "This site is not a valid site for given Bill to Customer Account. The End Customer Address is not a valid address for the End Customer or End Customer Contact" When Submitting An Order (Doc ID 1385901.1)

Problem

When attempting to submit an order via iStore for one specific customer the following error occurs:-

Error

This site is not a valid site for given Bill to Customer Account/Customer Account.
The End Customer Address is not a valid address for the End Customer or End Customer Contact.
There is an error in order submission

Steps

1. Log into iStore and add items to cart and Checkout
2. Address information entered/selected/defaulted - select Submit
3. Error Occurs


Business Impact

Due to this issue, the user cannot place any orders and business is lost

Changes

The Bill to address originally entered for the user had been inactivated.

The User was not associated to the Customer as an Organization Contact.
