Issue With Making The Fields Mandatory In Customer Creation Page using Personalization (Doc ID 1385958.1)

Symptoms

Contact Center 11.5.10.2 - Customer Creation Page

When attempting to make the email and phone number fields as mandatory through personalization, the application throws the below errors and the fields are not acting as mandatory.

Error

FRM-40202 - Field must be entered.

100501: non-ORACLE exception

The Primary_party_id must be same as the contact_party_id for single person interactions.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Customers > Contact Center

1. Make the Email and Phone field as mandatory through the personalization.
2. Click on the create contact button.
3. Enter First Name and Last Name.
4. Click on Save

After this the application throws the above mentioned errors and the contact will get saved without even entering the phone number and email fields.
