Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, IAS for Applications Technology

When attempting to access the EBS SSWA pages,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Transaction context is lost

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS Application
2. Navigate to any responsibility
3. Click on any link under the selected responsibility

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the EBS Application.
