Goal

Need flexibility to not require Payment Terms in iStore when using Pricing Agreements.

Requirement Details -

a. Payment terms shall not be mandatory when a pricing agreement is being used at iStore and payment terms should be optional at pricing agreement.

b. Pricing agreement definition without payment term shall be allowed to be use at iStore.
