Age Changed Life Event not Detecting As of Event After R12 Upgrade (Doc ID 1386410.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits

Allow BENMNGLE to run at night, which includes Participation Process: Temporal or run it through the concurrent manager with employee name and effective date of the employee's 65th birthday. Derived factor for age 65 is on Basic Life and AD&D variable coverage. Before release 12 either method triggered life event in Detected status. Since R12 upgrade this has not detected nor can we get it to detect by manually running the program through the concurrent manager.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Allow BENMNGLE to run at night, which includes Participation Process: Temporal or run it through the concurrent manager with employee name and effective date of the employee's 65th birthday. Derived factor for age 65 is on Basic Life and AD%D variable coverage. Before release 12 either method triggered life event in Detected status. Since r12 upgrade this has not detected nor can we get it to detect by manually running the program through the concurrent manager.
