Symptoms
In R12.0 to R12.2.X user is unable to change the account on the distributions of Type "Recoverable Tax" or "Nonrecoverable Tax", after tax is calculated for an invoice.
Changes
This restriction to not allow updates to the tax accounts was posed and released via the following patches in AP.A; AP.B and higher versions
