Why Is Overall_credit_limit And Trx_credit_limit Mandatory in RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL Table ? (Doc ID 1386633.1)

Symptoms

When using the Customer Interface process and populating on OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT, you receive the following error:

Both TRX_CREDIT_LIMIT and OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT must be populated

However, in the Customer Standard form you are not required to enter both credit limits when creating a customer.   Why is the Customer Interface validation different?
