Symptoms
You have a report setup in EBS XML Publisher that does bursting.
The bursted output file is in PDF format.
The report runs and bursts without error.
When you try to open the PDF delivered by bursting you are asked for a password.
You did not supply a password and do not know what it is. You cannot open the file.
