When creating a requisition for an item against a Global Blanket Purchasing Agreement (GBPA) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the requisition takes the current exchange rate.

Why does the requisition not take the exchange rate from the agreement?

How is the exchange rate calculated on search results and shopping cart for BPA's and GBPA's ?
