When attempting to update employee address, the following error occurs.
Cause: FDFGVD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was:
PR.PROVINCE_NAME DESCRIPTION, NVL('N', 'N'),
NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL), -1), NULL, NVL('Y', 'Y'), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0),
NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0)
FROM PAY_CA_PROVINCES_V PR, PAY_CA_CITIES_V CT, PAY_CA_POSTAL_CODES_V PC
WHERE ( PR.PROVINCE_CODE = CT.PROVINCE_CODE AND PR.PROVINCE_CODE = PC.PROVINCE_CODE AND CT.CITY_CODE = PC.CITY_CODE
AND :b1 = CT.CITY_NAME AND SUBSTR(:b2,1,7) BETWEEN SUBSTR(PC.CODE_START,1,7) AND SUBSTR(PC.CODE_END,1,7) )
AND PR.PROVINCE_ABBREV = :X and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Super HRMS Manager > Fastpath > Address
2. Query Employee
3. Shows Error.
