Service Pricing From Debrief Is Not Working For Secondary Price List. Same Error In Charges Tab (Doc ID 1387422.1)

Service Requests: Charges - Version 12.1.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When attempting to add an item which is available in secondary price list into debrief form and at the time of closing the form,the following error occurs.

Error:

The CSF:Update Debrief Lines (Debrief Posting Program) errors.

Item is priced in price list "<price list name>". The Price main price list "Service" has "<price list name>" as a secondary price list


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Create Service Request

      1. Query SR
      2. Navigate to Task tab
      3. Click on 'Debrief' button
      4. Enter transaction in material tab
      5. Change debrief status to 'Closed'
      6. Error: IPL: Price was not found on price list Service for this item <item name>and uom (unit of measure) EA.

The default price list is "Service". It has a secondary price list and the item which has been entered is on the secondary price list.

Same error occurs for any item priced in the secondary price lists.

The error can be recreated from the Service Charges tab as well.
