Receiving transactions skipped XLA_transaction_entities_upg in R12 Upgrade

On : 12.1.2 version, Accounting related
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
After R12.1.2 upgrade, it was observed that some of the receiving transactions were missing in the Accrual Reconciliation Report. The data was also not available in XLA .Futhermore, it was observed that the rcv_sub_ledger_id was missing in rcv_receiving_sub_ledger table.
These records fall within the SLA cut off period. (i.e) SLA upgraded period
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Auto update program should upgrade the data in XLA for the migrated period
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to view > Request > run the Accrual Load run program
3. Then run the AP and PO reconciliation report
4. It was observed that only the invoice transactions were found and corresponding receipt
transactions were missing in XLA
