Oracle Daily Business Intelligence Shows Blank E-Mail Output (Doc ID 1387843.1)

Symptoms

Daily Business Intelligence (DBI) is working and the dashboard appears without problem. You select to email the dashboard. You enter a valid email address and send it. The email goes out and is received. When the email is opened it shows:

View Live dashboard is a link to take the reader to the EBS instance to display the dashboard. There is also a message.html file attached. The file is 1kb and contains the null and View Live dashboard messages. The message.html file should contain a screenshot of the dashboard at the time that the email was sent. The recipient should be able to see the dashboard without going back into E Business Suite.

Changes

New SSL certificates were added but are not being found.
