Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Find while running the 'Costing Breakdown Report', after a successful costing run, that the expected account value for balancing does not display.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Payroll
  2. Run Costing
  3. Run Cost Breakdown Report
