Symptoms
When attempting to search for parts in Field Service Wireless no parts are found.
ERROR

'No records are found that satisfies your search criteria. Please search again.'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FS Wireless.
2. Select Search parts.
3. Find that it is not possible to find the part.
Changes
Upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.
