Information in this document applies to any platform.
The goal of this document is to provide the instructions to get diagnostic report from either background file system or database if you encounter error message via front end method detailed below. You might get error such as : 'connection to server has been reset'.
Front end method to get diagnostics report:
- Select responsibility "Application Diagnostics"
- Navigate to tab "View Reports"
- Search out the report record
- Click 'Download Report' icon.
