Symptoms


Trying to remove the hyperlink from the transaction field on the customer search page on Irecievables via personalization. However, unable to do so.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try personalization to remove hyperlink from the transaction feild on the customer search page on Irecievables.
2. It still stays there.

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have trx_number as unlinked to any further drill downs.
