Symptoms

When vacancy is going for approval, the following error occurs in the notification:

The changes were not applied because User-Defined Exception

From SYSADMIN
To (Person)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter or iRecruitment Manager.
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home.
3. Click on New Vacancy link.
4. Create vacancy.
5. Submit vacancy for approval.
6. Vacancy creator receive error notification.
