Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version,

DROP SHIP: UNABLE TO UPDATE USER ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PARTIAL SHIPMENT

1. Disable the processing constraint of updating User Item Description with validation template - PO Approved.
2. Update the User Item Description field of partial shipment lines, the following error message displayed:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change sales order line User item description after drop ship partial shipment
2. Got the error
